A Certificate of Insurance with no changes will be provided at no cost upon request. COI's will be processed and e-mailed or Faxed on the third business day following receipt of said request. Please use our website to make your request if possible.
If you are a loan company of any kind and need to request a change to a certificate of insurance adding your borrower’s name, specific address, mortgagee clause and loan number, please provide us with all of the information requested along with the delivery option. All requests submitted without a delivery option chosen will be processed in on the third business day following receipt.
Please note: The service fee charged is an expedited processing fee. The standard delivery option is free of charge. Please do not assume we have prior information in our database. The information must be filled out completely. Requests received after 3:00pm will be treated as if they were received at 8:00am the next business day. All fees must be paid by credit card prior to receiving the certificate of insurance. Our agency will send an invoice to the email address on the request form.
Standard Service (3 Business Days) – No Fee: There is no charge for Certificates of Insurance requested at least Three(3) business days in advance of receipt.
Same Day (RUSH) Service - $50/Certificate: There is a $50 service charge for Certificates of Insurance Faxed or E-mailed on the same business day. There is also a minimum service time required of one hour in order to process the request from the time of receipt of information.
Next Day Service - $40/Certificate : There is a $40 service charge for Certificates of Insurance faxed or E-mailed after 9:00am on the next business day following the receipt of the fully completed request and payment of fee. For example, requested received Monday will be faxed or E-mailed Tuesday.
2nd Day Service - $30/Certificate: - There is a $30 service fee for Certificates of Insurance faxed or E mailed after 9:00am on the second business day following the receipt of the fully completed request and payment of fee. For example, request received Monday will be faxed or E-mailed Wednesday.
Please note: Only one service fee will be charged per request. For example, if you have a 1rst and a second with different mortgagee clauses, two documents will be produced, but only one service fee applied. If you require a flood insurance Certificate as well, please make sure you request it at the same time as the Hazard Certificate of Insurance.
